Online prices cover standard conditions. Heavily soiled areas, specialty stains, natural fibers, or access constraints may require an updated quote onsite. Appointments are set as arrival windows; we’ll text when en route.
Please pick up small items, secure pets, and move heavy/fragile furniture if you want cleaning underneath. We move light items as needed.
If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 3 days and we’ll make it right. Some permanent stains or wear may be beyond cleaning.
Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept Zelle, CashApp, and all major credit cards.
Please give 24 hours’ notice to avoid a $35 late-cancel fee.
We use industry-standard methods and are insured. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose seams, delamination, pet damage, dye migration, shrinkage from factory issues, or manufacturer defects.
